The people and process behind the furniture.

Indonesia Teak Wood is operated by CV Bale Living, a furniture manufacturer and exporter based in Jepara, Indonesia. Our role is to turn agreed furniture specifications into products that can be supplied to international buyers. We believe the most useful manufacturing information is practical: material, construction, finishing, inspection, packing and communication throughout the order.

From specification to production.

Every order begins with understanding the product. Existing catalogue models may require a particular finish or packing method, while custom furniture needs drawings, dimensions and technical clarification before production. Our team reviews requirements and confirms the manufacturing scope through quotation and order documentation.

Materials and construction.

Teak selection, component preparation and construction details affect both appearance and product performance. The appropriate material grade, joinery and finishing method depend on the agreed product specification and intended application.

Quality and export preparation.

Inspection and packing are integral to furniture supply. Requirements may include dimensional checks, visual finishing standards, assembly verification and shipment documentation. Buyers may share their own QC criteria and inspection requirements for review.
